Fireworks and Beets

We walked up to Folsom Field, arrived 5 minutes before the show started and snagged great seats since there was only the two of us.

It was my turn to pick up the CSA, slow cooking the beets right now in the crock, will throw them on the grill later coated with balsamic/honey/olive oil. We also got broccoli, basil, and turnips

I chopped all the beet greens up, going to mix them up with last weeks greens(mustard?) and fry everything up.


Steph has buffalo steaks for the grill :) I dont mind grilling in the rain!
